Okay this challenge was a blast. I learned many new things.
- I learned that I am stronger than I thought I was
- I learned that my butt really does look better when I am working out. My babyphat jeans agree
- I learned that working out on the weekend is a real challenge. In order to accomplish it, I will have to have a safety plan.
- I learned that if you push past the pain, it really doesn't hurt all that bad
- I learned that leg cramps really freaking hurt
- I learned that good friends and good husbands will support you when u set a goal (Thanks Bryan, Dong, Rocky and Lopez)
I will keep working out in July and I will keep posting to this blog
