Be accountable for a 30 day period.
Report your progress or your challenges daily.
While this forum is really created for people to set a 30 day goal and report on the progress, it is also a place to share healthy recipes, diet tips and exercise/training ideas.
Spend the weekend thinking about what your fitness goal is. Is this a realistic goal? How will you accomplish it? Have you tried to reach this goal before? What caused you to fail or succeed?
ReplyDeleteGrab a poster board size of paper and write your fitness goal(s) down. Write down how you will accomplish this goal. Put this poster board some place where you will see it everyday.
Say an affirmation, and do not go to bed until you have made an effort to accomplish this goal just for today.
