Lunch Trail Run: 3.0 miles (with Rocky & Lopez)

Evening Workout:
  • Plyometrics: Squat/Jumps, Lunge/Jumps, Mountain Climbers/Burpies (3 sets of 15)
  • Sit-Ups
  • Crunches
